This Refund Policy applies to bulk orders of plants from Sri Krishna Nursery. Please note that individual plant sales and refunds may be handled differently. We encourage customers to inspect the consignment upon arrival and report any concerns immediately.
Sri Krishna Nursery takes utmost care to ensure the quality, health, and timely dispatch of all bulk plant consignments. However, please note that we are not liable for any damages incurred during transit due to third-party logistics or environmental factors.
Any significant damage to the plant material that is noted upon arrival and documented on the delivery receipt should be reported to us immediately, along with photographic evidence with time stamp.
Upon receiving your report, we will assess the issue and may request further information or evidence. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or other resolution is appropriate.
When considering refunds or replacements for bulk orders, we will take into account factors such as:
Any issues with bulk plant orders must be reported to us within 12 hours after unloading of plants. Claims made after this timeframe may not be considered.
We do not typically offer refunds or accept returns for healthy plant material that meets the agreed-upon specifications.
Cancellation of confirmed bulk orders may be subject to certain conditions and fees, depending on the stage of order processing and preparation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss a cancellation.
